I always struggle with these reviews because there are 2 clear components to a hotel. The actual hotel itself and the service you get. This is for the service only.We stayed as a team for 2 nights and did not have any issues whatsoever across the 15+ rooms we booked. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were more than tolerant with our shenanigans.The pool was nice and well maintained. It was like an echo chamber so bring some ear plugs if you are not swimming.We had a large group and the restaurant could not accommodate us but they told us this up front and we were fine making alternate arrangements.They also have rooms you can rent for group events.Lastly the third floor did not seem to be accessible friendly so call in advance if you have mobility issues.In all this is well priced for what you get.
Very nice hotel with big and clean room. Good quality for the price! The girls at the counter were very sweet. My boyfriend was very sick so she sped up the check-in and also offered a late check-out so he could rest longer. Very satisfying complimentary breakfast.
I would give it 3 stars but since it's located in a small town near the highway I'm giving it 4. Bathroom was not the cleanest but it is the better hotel in the area. Beds and pillows are way too soft that you totally sink into them. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful.
The rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade. Bathrooms look as if they could use a deep clean. The continental breakfast is simple (cereals primarily), some more hot options apart from the waffle machine would greatly improve the breakfast.
Employees at the hotel were all very courteous and professional. Rooms were clean but could use a bit of updating. Room was somewhat musky on arrive. Also, management team you folks should seriously considering adding some rooms with a King bed option, rooms are easy enough to accommodate them.
