Staff yelled and cursed at us on the phone as we called to sort out a mistake with booking and we wanted to cancel after we saw their aggression (the manager said they will not return back the money and we wont stay there and we can do what ever we can after i said we will follow up with consumer complaints in ontario.its not safe to be there. we called the police and we will follow up with customer Complaints in Ontario.
Drove 2.5hrs got here at check in time and place was locked with a sign be back I 10 min. Waited over an hour in the hot sun. Finally got a room. And they gave us the crappest room. Ever. Bed and pillows every uncomfortable. No blankets. I had to clean filter on a/c so it would work. Live the area. Not happy with accommodations
Budget run-down motel with CRT televisions lol. But every hotel/motel around the area was fully booked so we had to take it. Plus they had smoking rooms!
Needed a last minute place to stay on a long weekend. The price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating. No complaints here.
Just stopped in to visit a friend. Rooms were well made up and furnished nicely.
