We recently moved to the area and had been using a housecall vet service (which was wonderful) to treat our high anxiety dog. She suffered an injury recently and the housecall vets were fully booked and couldn't see her for days. I called Hillcrest, not holding out much hope of an immediate appt. for a non-patient. They were kind enough to get my dog in almost immediately. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the front office staff were super friendly and efficient. Every attempt was made to make my dog and I comfortable. We saw Dr. Armstrong who is a wonderful vet. She is calm, gentle and knowledgeable and the perfect vet for our super nervous dog. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. BONUS - onsite store that sells the brands of specialty foods you can only get at vets. Fully stocked and you can place an order (I did) and have the cases of food there in two days. Amazing! One stop shopping! I love this place but more importantly, my dogs anxiety was accommodated and that made for a seamless vet visit. Thank you Hillcrest. See you soon!
Braith, our Border Collie just loves her visits here. The ladies at the front desk always take the time to say hello to her and give her a special treat.Dr Arin Por is a wonderful vet. She has a lot of patience and takes a lot of time making sure Braith is fit and healthy and then takes the time to explain everything to us.We are very glad we found her and hope she will be our vet for many years to come.A wonderful experience from the minute you walk in the door until it's time to leave.
