DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Canadian Tire Trenton where they say "I just told you a few minutes ago it would be a half an hour" when it's been almost 2 hours since they said that. Don't waste your time with these jerks who have extremely low quality customer service. Vehicle has been here since last night an hour before closing. Been condescending as hell to my girlfriend presumably because she's a female and he assumes she doesn't know anything. Needs a new alternator and now at quarter to 3 it's still not finished. Should take two hours max to do this job. Absolutely pathetic. I used to support this store but there are many other places to buy all of the things they sell here where they will treat you a hell of a lot better.
Good store Friendly staff lots of parking so not right downtown Trenton which is kind of nice so
I took my car in to get the engine replaced. It took two weeks and now my speedometer doesn't work. I've taken it back numerous times for them to fix it. They take it for a drive and it works for them so they think it fixed itself. I'd give them a -5 rating if I could.
Worst Canadian Tire ever... had a product that I purchased at another CT store that was defective. Checked online and found that CT in Trenton had more on hand. I went to the store and asked for the product to do an exchange. They brought up the product but it was not the same as the one I had purchased. It was a completely different model and had a different pattern than what I wanted. When I showed them it wasn't the one I wanted the head cashier who claimed to be the manager started arguing with me about how it was the same product. Even when shown the difference between the two she still argued that it was the same thing and that Canadian Tire doesn't make mistakes. She just couldn't accept the fact that it was not the same and was overly combative towards me suggesting it was not to the point of causing quite a scene at the front of the store. At this point I just gathered up my defective item and left the store. These folks have no clue what customer service is and I am more than sure the store owner has no idea that this type of stuff is happening in his store.
Great service at auto shop today. Had a flat tire had to replace with new one. Service guys were absolutely wonderful
