Absolutely disgusting food got honey garlic wings and a side of fries and it was worse the microwave food. The fries were still frozen on the inside and mushy on the outside. The wings were dry and tasted nothing like honey garlic. I'll never return and do not recommend anyone go here.

I give three starts because I did have an issue when ordering here. However, the owner called me himself to help resolve this issue. He was very apologetic and helpful.
Never going back again, under any circumstances. The atmosphere is absolutely toxic. My only hope is that they didn't spit in my food. And unfortunately I'm pretty sure they did. I left a full plate of food and an untouched beer, minus half of a sandwich, all paid in full, because it became obvious that they tempered with my food. It's the owner's son, the one without the glasses. And the bartender waitress, the one with long blonde hair (not sure natural or not, the one that goes "my love") that are in on it. The bartender waitress overheard me talk to one of the male kitchen staff about disrespectful, disdainful communication style of the owner's son with his female staff and told on me and the kitchen guy. The owner's son was joking about calling 4444 (Trenton Military Police) to come pick "him" up and I was the only one in uniform. So when I returned for another visit, they went from being loud and obnoxious as per usual, to eerily quiet while "huddling" and subsequently disappearing into the kitchen only to reappear when the food was served to me, so they could watch. And the wonderful "my love" bartender waitress went to ask me "how my sandwich was" instead of the usual "how is everything" and when I replied "great" she replied "awesome" while completely turned away, walking away displaying the least care and regard in the world possible. I just hope I don't get sick. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their physical and emotional well being. Steer clear of this place, it's toxic. I have never seen an owner, much less his/her son, hang around and verbally abuse the employees around like that in any BP in Ontario. I just never seen anyone or anything like that. On an occasion a manager, not an obnoxious family member of the owner, would come and ask how everything is going with their best intentions, nothing like this. This is appalling.
Well over an hour to get a meal tonight. Dbl order of wings and a steak sandwich. Manager comes to apologize for the delay, "we are backed up" (not really busy) , people came in ate and left we still wait another half hour. I am no longer hungry. My steak was cool and the salad was warm. Manager says i am discounting your meal, so charged for a single order of wings. Big deal. Not happy with BP
