David Weir, and his team, not only have a proven track record of selling homes but its their customer service and support that makes them different. Like many in our area, I was away on course for an extended period when it came time to list our home. This left my wife, alone with three young children and a dog, to prepare the house. David was instrumental in helping my wife get our house ready for sale. He had his team come in to tidy and stage the house. We could not have done it without them. Our home sold the first weekend it was on the market at near asking price. This was a huge relief as anyone with young children can relate to the struggles my wife was faced with readying our home for showings. David Weir and his team were a huge help to us and specifically to my wife. He was professional and knowledgeable. He worked around our busy schedules and took the time to listen to our needs. My family and I were coming from out of country and were posted to Trenton. David spent the week with us, his patience and knowledge of military entitlements due to his prior service were exactly what we needed. His ability to keep us on track when at times it felt helpless was amazing! I highly recommend David, he has continued to support our family even after the close of our house in 2012. When the next posting message comes, he will be the only realtor we call, he is honest and gets the military life which is exactly what we need.
David Weir and his team are amazing to deal with. They are quick to respond, and are focused getting the job done, and doing it right. I have worked with David and his team on multiple purchases and sales and would highly recommend him to anyone looking buy or sell a home.
Would not recommend. My husband and I purchased a house through the Weir Team. David is the most knowledgeable in the team. He knows the area and is an experienced realtor. That being said, dont expect them to look after you. We had expressed issues with the contract and conditions but our concerns were dismissed by both Chelsea and David. It seemed that every time there is an issue or we needed anything from them they are conveniently out of town. After the sale was final there was zero follow up on their part. Considering the amount of commission they made on our home, one could expect a congratulations at minimum. Would not recommend Team Weir.
