Professional, friendly, efficient. Great that Trenton has a reliable walk in clinic for minor health needs. I was in and out with a prescription in hand after less than an hour.
The owner his wifeand staff are all very friendly and helpful , They take the extra time to explain things and prescriptions are always ready on time , There is a clinic on site as well.. Highly recommend !!
The saddest excuse of a walk in clinic Ive ever seen in all my life. When my boyfriend and I came in, there were only four people ahead of us, so we figured it shouldnt take long. After over two hours of waiting in pain, I find out there isnt actually a Doctor at the clinic and they are only doing video calls with a Doctor in Toronto, via a woman who had been waiting there two hours longer than me. How exactly are you able to diagnose a medical issue without ever seeing a patient in person?! The entire time we were there, they got exactly one person in and out of the examination room and there was another man there who had waited over three and half hours only to never even be acknowledged. I will never return here. I couldve spent the same amount of time sitting in emergency if I wanted to waste my entire day. And if I had gone there, at least I would have had the opportunity to speak to someone face to face, rather than acting as my own receptionist before waiting hours to video chat with a Doctor that never seems to be available when theres a patient in their waiting room.
The pharmacist and attending Doctor at this clinic are extremely professional. I highly recommend utilizing their services, which are much needed in the Quinte Area. You are seen quickly and thoroughly at the clinic, and your prescriptions will never be filled any quicker - while you wait - a rare find, in my experience! The clinic is unique in the service it provides, and the modern methods utilized here are not what you would expect to find in such a populated city, but it fills the void, and my family is very grateful it is here, since our beloved Dr. Bowler has retired.
