If you drop off your laundry for wash & fold, be careful planning your pickup/dropofftime. The 'office' has different times from the business as a whole. Monday, Wednesday and Friday the office opens at 10 am. Tuesday and Thursdays, the office opens at noon.The most important thing: they do a good job.
