I've never had a bad experience here and I've been buying flowers for a decade. No matter who you talk to or what your budget you leave with a quality product.
My boyfriend ordered last minute Valentine's Day flowers, I know, I know, big no-no. The Florist did let him know she was out of Roses, he said that was fine, but to send me something nice, for $125.00. I received yellow Lilies and Pink Gerberas, a bouquet that says, "happy birthday mom," not "I love you." On top of the sad arrangement I received flowers with broken stems and browning leaves. My boyfriend orders flowers just about every year on the day of, other shops are prepared. Other shops do what they can with what they have left to speak to their receiver, OR they simply say, I don't have anything left. Instead they grabbed his money and sent me what they had. I wrote the owner with my disappointment, I was told she sold the same bouquet all day long and my boyfriend wasn't specific. She would replace the flowers if I wanted her to, I declined. This morning, this is less than 48hrs of receiving this bouquet already one of the filler flowers is toppled over. In my opinion florists are artists, they put together flowers to SAY something, whether that be, thank you, i love you, i'm sorry, etc. If you're looking for a florist that knows how to create something with passion, a bouquet with a voice, you're looking in the wrong place, especially if it's Valentine's Day.
I was disappointed to find that their prices for sympathy flowers were far different from those listed by their local competitors. If I had not looked around and compared I would have spent $325.00 instead of $175.00 for a serenity wreath! I also found the same flowers my cousin was looking to purchase for $ 149.00 on their website versus $107.00 on other local floral websites. I hope in future they take the time to look around at what other florists offer and scale their prices accordingly.
Ordered flowers for my moms birthday.. she informed me the flowers seemed as tho someone tossed them in the drive way with little to no care. The arrangement was tipped over in the middle of her driveway and not even close to the front door.
Always great service, staff is especially useful with helping a guy that knows very little about plants!
